    Responsibilities

     

    • Responsible for all sales and marketing product launch preparation.
    • Responsible for development and maintenance of all new product forecasting.
    • Track and communicate overall product trends for all inline and future products.
    • Manage product life-cycle on inline products, including monitoring sales reporting and market data research against key competitors

    o   Price changes

    o   Competitive environment

    o   Manage the IMS data and communication process

    o   Analyze product volume trends and make recommendations regarding product production and supply

    o    Monthly tracking of business trends for each products, wins, losses, price changes, pending bids, new awards,

    o   Pricing Index management; timely submittal to FDB SWP and WACs.

    • Participate in development and management of annual marketing budget.
    • Coordinate the DTM branding and communications process through press releases, advertising in trade journals, design of tradeshow booth, development of new product catalog and other collateral material.
    • Management and coordination of all trade shows, customer functions, and sales support and in these areas.
    • Responsible for the development and implementation of any Lupin "Branding" initiatives
      • Manage the Market Research Analyst activities to support inline products, R&D, and business development opportunities
      • Primary point of contact for the generic division relating to all product development opportunities from a market research perspective.
      • Identify new product opportunities that complement LPI capabilities and strategic goals.

     

    • Drive feedback between market needs and prioritization into R&D and portfolio management process

     

    • Develop the 5 year forecast within the strategic plan. 
    • Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams for various new DTM initiatives, such as new therapeutic categories and special projects.
    • Manage all internal and external pricing administration
      • Customer notifications
      • DDN notifications
      • Internal notifications
      • Master Price List management
      • RFP grid management
      • Pallitezation and shipper pack configurations management
    • Rebate and Incentive notifications
    • Customer Service Liaison with DDN
    • State CMS license maintenance

    Qualifications

    ·        Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline with a successful track record in Generic or Brand pharmaceutical marketing with 10+ years relevant experience with increasing job responsibilities.

    ·        Women’s Health care experience preferred.
