    Responsibilities

    Summary:

    The Senior Product Manager will develop, implement, monitor and adapt launch and marketing plans for Respiratory Brands to grow the Brand business.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assists the Director of Marketing in completing the strategic market planning process and developing an annual market plan for assigned products
    • Develops and executes all growth strategies and tactics, including programs that target prescribers, influencers and/or consumers
    • Leads all aspects of implementation, including timelines, creation of promotional materials, and training of internal stakeholders and sales team
    • Evaluates effectiveness of strategies and tactics
    • Develops, creates and presents to management creative briefs for promotional materials
    • Assists in the management of agency relationships
    • Builds effective working relationships with key external customers, including thought leaders and patient advocacy groups

    Qualifications

    ·       Bachelors Degree in relevant area of study

    ·       Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management (preferably in the womens health care market)

    ·       1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales

    • Experience in direct to patient/consumer marketing is a plus
    • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising
