    Responsibilities

    Senior Device Engineer, Coral Springs, FL: Provide device, device commercial manufacturing, automation & primary packaging expertise in a cross-functional generic pharmaceutical product development organization. Lead & coordinate the development, scale-up, assembly & manufacturing of clinical & commercial devices & device components in compliance w/corporate, gov. & relevant industry standards, regulations, & best practices. Recommend strategies to select device material, develop relevant device design concepts, incorporate technologies for cost-reduction, high volume manufacturing, & streamlining processes. Must have Master's in Mechanical Engineering & 4 yrs exp w/ product design, injection molding of plastic components, testing & verification of tools, & equipment building.

    Qualifications

    Must also have 4 yrs exp w/ (i) device design, (ii) device manufacturing, assembly & automation, & (iii) device component material selection & tooling. Alternatively, may have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering & 7 yrs exp w/ product design, injection molding of plastic components, testing, & verification of tools, & equipment building.
