    • Assist in processing over 9 payrolls to include off-cycle paychecks, bonuses, shift differentials, special pay adjustments, etc.
    • Respond to employee inquiries or issues as they relate to payroll – to include assisting with updating employee tax data.
    • Review all input from HR (new hires, terminations, rate information, etc.) and any changes to employee profiles prior to payroll processing and compare changes to preview reports  to ensure accuracy and employee confidence.
    • Assist with audits (including but not limited to financial statement audits, annual 401k audits, and workmen’s comp audit), special projects, and reporting.
    • Create reports to support multiple worksite reporting, to provide information to HR when requested, or when requested by Payroll Manager.
    • Track VISA status for employees and ensure taxes are set up accordingly.
    • Coordinate efforts between, payroll, human resources, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
    • Partner with Human Resources (specifically with the Benefits Managers) on inquiries regarding benefits and 401k plan administration.
    • Partner with the finance team on the proper recording of payroll transactions in SAP as well as confirming intercompany billing information as it relates to payroll.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all aspects employee information and company operations.


    • Acute attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Well organized and self-driven
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP’s Time and Attendance, and ADP reporting modules
    • Knowledge of SAP a plus
    • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field a plus
    • Three or more years of payroll processing experience preferably with a manufacturing background
    • Knowledge of multi-state payroll taxation a plus
    • Must be able to work in a team environment
    • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
    • Must be able to work with flexibility towards changing requirements and priorities
    • Mature, dependable candidate with extreme confidentiality a must
    • Certifications in payroll a plus
