  • Overview

    The purpose of this position is to provide sales, marketing & administrative support to the Executive V.P. Generics. Coordinates and organizes all tradeshow registrations and tradeshow related projects & budgets.  Provides administrative support and travel planning for sales and marketing leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Trade Show Coordination, preparation, follow up and support utilizing established standard operating procedures.  Provide administrative support to the EVP of Sales & Marketing as well as monitoring and reporting on trade show budgets
    • Liaison between the company and advertising agencies, print suppliers, and other marketing services. Assists with graphic design when necessary, and assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development.  Assists in developing and reviewing advertising ideas and potential layouts for journals
    • Monitor, track and log invoices through SAP. Ensures expenses are documented accurately.   Work with accounting department to ensure invoices and credit card expenses are accurately coded
    • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for EVP – US Generics and VP of Sales – US Generics, and approved other members of the Generic organization.
    • Supports the coordination of conference calls, meetings, and events
    • Maintain and update multiple product databases: Inline, Pipeline, OC products
    • Assist with customer communication when requested
    • Extract data for various reports for sales and marketing team
    • Assists in the maintenance of the Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. website and ensures information is updated and correct in a timely manner
    • Assist in preparing documents for new product launches and line extensions
    • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Additional duties as requested/needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep others organized and meet all deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to learn & process new information quickly
    • Robust communication and analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail and quality
    • High degree of demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to shift priorities and change directions frequently throughout the day
    • Ability to work with multiple top priorities, and requests from Sales and Marketing
    • Advanced computer skills & ability to conduct research through the internet

    The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in a corporate office environment.
